In The Moment Magazine columnist Natalie Lue is back on Radio Gorgeous! In this podcast episode, she talks to Josephine Pembroke about the pressure we put on ourselves by playing “the good girl”.

Natalie says: “When we’re not ourselves, the consequence is that our needs, desires, expectations, feelings, beliefs and ideas – they all get suppressed and put on the back-burner, because we’re pretending to be something that we’re not.
