This month's Instagram photo challenge theme is 'wildlife (and pets!)'. We want to see pictures of the animals you see in your daily life – whether it's an urban fox, a much-loved pet dog or a bird that you spot on your walk.

To enter the competition on Instagram, you'll need to tag us @inthemomentmag and use the hashtag #ITMphotochallenge. You'll also need to tell us a little bit about your picture (just a couple of sentences is fine) and why you thought it tied in with the theme.

The winning photo will appear in the magazine and the winner will receive a little prize too.
