The course covers everything from the problem of unmindfulness to mindful stress reduction and how to cope with your emotions.
Other topics include research on mindfulness, improving work and study performance, mindfulness in memory and learning, cultivating self empathy, mindful communication and mindfulness as a way of life.
The free course takes four weeks with about three hours of study each week.
