As In The Moment has been around for two years now, we thought it was time that we had a bit of a makeover. Our new-look issue 25 still has all the features that you love, but we've got a fresh new style that we hope you'll love.

In The Moment magazine editor Kirstie Duhig says: "I'm so excited to be revealing our beautiful new look. It's been a genuine pleasure getting to know you, our readers, over the past two years through your letters, messages and stories and your thoughtful feedback is the inspiration behind this.

"So many of you have told us that reading In The Moment helps you to pause and make well-deserved time for yourself, and I hope that you’ll find our new design as calming and inspiring as the words on every page."

In taking time to pause and consider our new look, we’ve also been reflecting on the inspiration behind our journey, and we still passionately believe that what matters most is that our features and ideas are honest and uplifting, supportive not prescriptive.

"Our aim is to offer you a fresh and mindful perspective that celebrates our diversity and individuality so that you can choose what works for you. This issue is all about self-care and the importance of pressing pause in helping us to create moments for meditation, reflection and rest," Kirstie adds.
