In The Moment magazine issue 1 - on sale now

Our first issue of In The Moment magazine is on sale now, packed with mindful ways to live your life well. And our theme for issue 1 is "the little things", so you can take small steps towards achieving your dreams and discover what makes you happy. If something seems impossible or too much of a commitment, breaking it down into tiny targets is a way you can reach larger goals.
Inside you'll find four sections: Wellbeing, Creating, Living and Escaping. In Wellbeing it's about making time for mindfulness every day and using our mini plans for living a purposeful life. We look at mindful apps to keep you calm, how affirmations can encourage you with positive words, and an update from our resident yogi Charlene Lim.
In Creating we chat to illustrator Kim Welling, recommend creative kits for you to try, and guide you through shooting a summer movie on your phone. Plus you can make a greetings card with a difference.
For Living we've taken the terrarium and succulents trend down a size, and we have a great selection of rainbow food recipes to try. And summer is the perfect time for hanging around in a hammock – we round up the best buys, or guide you through how to make your own.
And Escaping means discovering bijoux hideaways in the great outdoors, plus we have tips on making the best of travelling with friends. You can also take our quiz to find out how happy you are.
We have three gifts for you inside the magazine: our unique comfort boxes are pocket-sized and so much fun, plus there's a beautiful art print for you to frame. And on page 82 you'll find our special treat – the Take A Moment section, with a short story, a challenging puzzle, and a soothing drink recipe.
