Look inside In The Moment Magazine issue 17
It's that time of the month! Issue 17 of In The Moment is out now in the UK. Take a look inside…

Autumn's the perfect season to make time for yourself and to curl up with a copy of your favourite magazine.
Editor Kirstie Duhig says: "The past few days I have been quite delighted to see and feel that autumn is on its way.
"The air is crisp and noticeably cooler, the leaves are russeting and the sky has shrugged off the giddy cerulean blue of summer in favour of a more grown-up powdery hue.
"It's a mood change that I, too, always feel at this time of year. It is, of course, a long time since I went 'back to school' but for me, long sleeves and my favourite woollen coat signal that it's time to be a little more serious again."
The latest issue is crammed with interesting features to read, plus a collection of 30 beautiful mindful notes to keep or share.

Living
In Living, we celebrate the magic of mushrooms and their health benefits, learn how to create a sanctuary at home – even when you don't have much space, plus refresh your home throughout the year with small changes.

Creating
In Creating, we're finding self-confidence by sharing our skills and developing a new side-hustle (creative career).
