Now in its second year, the Mindful Living Show London returns on 1-2 June 2018 and will feature growing spaces welcoming over 70 seminars and practice sessions with leading authors, teachers and practitioners including Camilla Dallerup, Rick Hansen and Kristin Neff (via video link), Geshe Tashi, Michael Chaskalson, Sir Anthony Seldon, Anandi The Sleep Guru and many more.

Its inspirational features in London include: three theatres, a relaxed Zen Market Garden area, interactive creativity in the Experience Zone, meditative experiences in the Demo Zone and a NEW addition: The Quiet Space – for guided meditations and calm.

On 2-3 February 2018, the Mindful Living Show arrives in Manchester for the first time, offering more features and unique seminars and meditations from mindfulness experts and practitioners.

The show will be welcoming visitors who are new and curious, regular meditators and professionals in the community to listen to and meditate with a range of leaders in their field.

James Baraz (live from Spirit Rock), Richard Burnett (Mindfulness in Schools Project), Tim Duerden, Markus Greenwood and Jamie Bristow join over 60 other experts to offer you knowledge and advice in developing your practice.

These unique events will allow you to network and meet others in this community, pick up tips from the experts, further your practice or simply be introduced to the art of meditation and all it has to offer our health and well being.
