That's why we decided to join BBC Countryfile Magazine editor Fergus Collins for a walk in the beautiful surroundings of the Forest of Dean. As well as being the editor of the magazine, Fergus is also the host of the BBC Countryfile Magazine podcast.

In each episode, Fergus heads off into the countryside with an interesting guest for a walk and a chat (it's very soothing, please do check it out).

In The Moment Magazine podcast host Sarah Orme and Fergus chat about forest bathing, the benefits of mental health, how to have a digital detox and much more as they explore the woods at RSPB Nagshead – and have a very unexpected wildlife encounter along the way.
