How to cope with Christmas loneliness podcast with Jo Carnegie
Christmas isn't a happy time for everyone. For those affected by loneliness it can magnify feelings of isolation, says Mindful Christmas editor Jo Carnegie.

In the second of our Christmas bonus episodes, we met up with Mindful Christmas editor Jo Carnegie to talk about how to cope with feelings of loneliness over the holidays.
Jo says: "Christmas is sold to us as this wonderful time for family and friends to get together and lots of people gathering together around roaring log fires. The reality is for lots of us that Christmas can be a really lonely time.
"When you think about people who are lonely at Christmas, you would probably automatically think about older people. But actually lots of us can be affected by loneliness, regardless of what age we are."
